About these Terms. TrackDeck is owned and operated by Adam Broder, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “the Supplier”). Adam Broder is the legal contracting party for these Terms and for any purchases of TrackDeck made through this site. Sales are processed by Paddle as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using TrackDeck (“the Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to a valid one-time purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes. One license covers one user across their own devices. Variant editions of TrackDeck (such as Indie or Studio tiers) differ only in scope of use as described at point of sale; both grant the same core software rights under these terms.

3. License Keys

TrackDeck requires a valid license key for activation. License keys are personal and non-transferable. Each key is tied to a single purchase and is intended for use by one individual across their own devices. Sharing, redistributing, or publicly posting license keys is prohibited. Keys found to be shared or misused may be revoked without notice. If your key is revoked due to unauthorized sharing, a replacement will be provided to the original buyer upon request.

TrackDeck licenses are limited to three concurrent machines per key. To enforce this limit, the Software transmits a hashed machine identifier to our activation server when you activate or validate your license. You can clear your active machines at any time via Settings → Deactivate All Machines. See our Privacy Policy §3 for full details of the data processed.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels. You may not use the Software to develop a competing product.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated content, including but not limited to code, graphics, and documentation, are the property of TrackDeck and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unreal Engine, Sequencer, and related trademarks are the property of Epic Games, Inc. Adobe After Effects is a trademark of Adobe Inc. Fusion is a trademark of Blackmagic Design. TrackDeck is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

6. User Content

Any scene items, frames, decks, reference images, or other content you create or capture using the Software are yours. TrackDeck claims no ownership over your work or over the .tdeck files it produces.

7. Refunds

TrackDeck purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, processed by Paddle as our reseller. Customers in the UK, EU, and EEA additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days under consumer law. See our Refund Policy for the full process and timing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrackDeck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the license fee you paid for the Software.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

11. Changes to Terms

TrackDeck reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
